If you're talking about Kapersky, it's a bug in Kapersky, not OpenKore (or perlapp, technically). If they refuse to fix it, there's no other options besides the following:
1.Switch to another anti-virus suite.
2.Rewrite all perlapp and XS-based software in pure C.
3.Don't use XKore at all (I'm assuming Kapersky doesn't play well with DLL injection).
4.Don't bot.
